God can heal your broken heart!

There are many scriptures that pretain to healing of the broken hearted!
Psalm 34:18 says that God is near to the broken hearted
Psalm 147:3 states that God heals the broken heart and binds up there wounds
In my experience most peoples physical pain is caused because of there deep emotional pain. All of us have some sort of emotional pain in our lifes, but the great thing is that God wants to heal your pain. Well how goes he do it? some of you may ask.
You need to realize that God knows you more than you know yourself, allow him to take you back to the place where you first felt the feeling of hurt! whether thats hurt abandonment, depression, or suicide. You have to feel that pain and than allow God to speak what he thought about the situation. Its amazing the results you see when God begins to minister straight to your heart!

Is it possible to find healing in worship?
When you are sick or hurting there are many different ways to go to find a solution to your problem. But during the Exodus period there were few places to look for healing other than God. Sure there were primitive medicines and oils that provided some help, but no real answer to help solve complicated diseases.
During the Exodus the Israelites sought God for their healing and they would do this through performing a sacrifice, or offering. Sacrifices were a form of worship and showed there respect and honor for the power of there God.
In the Church one of our forms of sacrifice is through worship, i believe that we can actually access the healing annointing through our worship of him. Take some time to worship God in your own home and see what happens!

Who was Constantine? How Did he affect the growth of the Church?
Constantine was the son to Constantius, who was part of a tetrarchy that ran Rome under the rule of a military general named Diocletian. Diocletian divided Rome into parts and put Caesars in charge of both east and west Rome. Under his rule for the first 9 years Christianity flourished throughout Rome. Christianity began to become very popular with governors wife’s and high command of the army, which became very threatening to the the pagan majority that controlled Rome. Apollo’s oracle recommended that Diocletian attack the church. Persecution was heavy, but still the church flourished throughout Rome.
After the death of his father, Constantine took control of his fathers army’s as the tetrarchy of his father was falling apart. About 9 years later Constantine took his armies and attacked Maxentius, his major rival to the west. Constantine armies were severely outnumbered, but his armies had been very successful in previous battles. But as he was sleeping he had a vision of a Cross above his army and as they went to battle, when he woke up he ordered his soldiers to mark the first two letters of Christs name on there shields. Constantine went to battle and won dispute overwhelming odds, with this victory he became a strong supporter of Christianity.
After his victory he refused to worship the foreign gods, like Jupiter, and began to try and christianize Rome. Constantine eventually became the sole ruler of Rome, he made Constantinople his Capitol and center of the roman government. Constantine began to finance large building projects all around Rome that focused the major donations to the building of basilicas that spread throughout Rome and centers for Christianity. He highly favoured those who were Christians and appointed them to important positions through out Rome, giving tax exemptions to the Church to help take care of the poor.

What is peace? Where can we find peace? How do I understand it?
We understand peace as being never at war, or in a tranquil state that allows us th ability to find ourselves. In fact that is exactly what it is, when you are in a state of peace you are given the opportunity to prosper and make efforts to accomplish great things. You have more time to take care of yourself and allow God to move in your life.
Without peace, your life is in turmoil, you find it hard to take care of yourself and caring for others seems impossible. Finding peace can give you a whole new perspective on life, that will change your life forever.
Peace goes beyond all understanding, and can only be found when you find salvation in Jesus Christ. Buddhists have searched for peace, but have never found it.
I remember my first experience of peace, it was almost hard to breath, I knew God had touched me, I knew that this feeling of peace was the most amazing feeling I had ever felt. Now I try to remember what life was like without it, but don’t want to stay there too long because it actually kind of scares you.
You can find peace in God, trust me when you find it you will never want to let it go!

Here are the top five worst picture of Jesus!
5. First Jesus wasn’t white! Second if he had a crown of thorns on his head, his is the middle of his Crucifixion. Where did he find time to pose for this picture? Where’s the blood?

4. I have to say this one is more accurate than the previous one, but makes Jesus look like trailer trash. I’m pretty sure that Jesus knew how to take care of himself.

3. This Picture makes Jesus look like a man who doesn’t know how to dress. Actually Jesus dressed quite nicely for a man in his day, but probably wasn’t anything close to this

2. This ones going to shock you but Jesus wasn’t black either. He was a Hebrew, he was probably more tanned than black.

1. Now for the worst of the worst, JESUS WASN’T GAY!! In this picture it looks like hes ready to lay a big one on one of his disciples.

A close guess at what Jesus could have looked like?

Matthew 9:35 states that Jesus went about healing every sickness and disease among the people.
“And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.”
Why do we think that Jesus has changed? Many people think that God has stopped healing people and that God is off in heaven having a party without us. But that is as far from the truth as President Bush thinking that there was nukes in Iran.
If we believe that Jesus has stopped healing people, we believe that Jesus died and never rose from the dead. Its like having a television without power, its a fancy piece of machinery but nothing to make it work. There is no question that Jesus healed the sick, while he was on earth, so now that Jesus has died and rose form the dead and given us the Holy Spirit. How can we assume that God does not want to heal us any more?
No one wants there son or daughter to be sick or come down with some disease. So would the author of creation want you to be sick.
GOD WANTS TO HEAL YOU!!
